Welcome to Manifesting Mind Mastery and Manifest Him AI. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our websites, AI assistants, memberships, courses, digital products, downloadable resources and all related services (together, the “Services”).

Memberships may include monthly message allowances, AI credits, token allocations or other fair use limits. Allowances reset each billing cycle and do not roll over unless we say so. Additional usage may be available to purchase. We may restrict or suspend access where use is excessive, automated, abusive or commercial. We may adjust limits where reasonably necessary to protect performance, security and reliability.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details. Access to digital Services is generally provided immediately after successful payment. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.
Your cancellation and refund position is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
All content and materials we create remain the exclusive intellectual property of LB AMA Limited (or its licensors) and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. This includes AI prompts, AI assistants and their configuration, journals, planners, eBooks, courses, worksheets, videos, audio, graphics, branding, logos, website content, templates, downloads and written content.
When you purchase a Service we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your own personal use only.

Termination does not remove payment obligations already incurred.
We do not promise, guarantee or warrant any particular result. Please read our Earnings & Manifestation Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, and we exclude all warranties and conditions that are not expressly stated in these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we (and our directors, officers and employees) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services or from reliance on AI-generated or educational content.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate us for any loss, claim or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your infringement of intellectual property or other rights.
We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government action, internet or power failures, cyber attacks, labour disputes and third-party service interruptions.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on our website with its effective date. For material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example by email or notice on the Services). Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection laws and any right to bring proceedings in the courts of your home country.

The Manifesting Mind Mastery and Manifest Him AI assistants (“AI Assistant”) are educational and informational tools offering guidance, inspiration, personal development resources and general wellbeing support. By using an AI Assistant you acknowledge and accept this disclaimer.

Our products are digital and delivered immediately, so all sales are final once access has been granted, except as set out in this policy or required by law. This includes:
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have a 14-day “cooling-off” period from the day you join in which you can change your mind. When you join, you ask us to start your membership immediately. If you cancel within those 14 days, we will refund what you paid, minus a fair proportionate amount for the access you have already used up to the point you tell us you are cancelling.
